I had a drain pipe bust in my kitchen at the foundation. The problem was it busted in a joint with another piece of pipe stuck.
Called around to a number of plumbers everyone who said they could do it told us we had to jack hammer the foundation. And it would be around 4k. Some would not even talk to us without a on site quote that they charge for.
Called Rocketman and the wonderful front desk took my husbands information and told himnthey would contact the owner. Owner called us back talked to us for about 30 minutes. Said he believes he can do the job and to call back into the office to schedule. No cost if his guys could not do the job.

On a holiday weekend, my call was returned by an actual employee rather than a call service. A plumber was scheduled and actually was available earlier than the appointment. Cleared the main drain and was in and out within 30 minutes! This is definitely the company to call when emergency plumbing service is needed.

I had a plumber (from a big company) come out because water was pouring out next to my house foundation. They told me it was under the slab and would cost 4.5k. So I called around to get another quote. I had been calling different plumbers all week, based on reviews on NextDoor, Yelp and Google. Rocketman Plumbing answered on the first call and was able to schedule an on-site visit for the same day. Kyle actually dug all the way to the pipe to confirm what the problem was (connection between house copper line and galvanized pipe going to meter).
