As with all things, you usually get what you pay for. Tattoos are the epitome of this. Come on, people. This is permanent. Art. On. Your. Skin. Forever. Jeff has been my tattoo artist for about 8 years. The work we have done together is nothing short of perfect. I go in with an idea and he creates a custom piece of art for me based on what we've discussed, my personality, placement on my body (he designs around curves and angles). He's an artist, through and through. And not just a tattoo artist. He has his BSN from UNLV in illustration (?) and painting. (Or something similar.) Regardless, I trust his work and his vision.
