As with all things, you usually get what you pay for. Tattoos are the epitome of this. Come on, people. This is permanent. Art. On. Your. Skin. Forever. Jeff has been my tattoo artist for about 8 years. The work we have done together is nothing short of perfect. I go in with an idea and he creates a custom piece of art for me based on what we've discussed, my personality, placement on my body (he designs around curves and angles). He's an artist, through and through. And not just a tattoo artist. He has his BSN from UNLV in illustration (?) and painting. (Or something similar.) Regardless, I trust his work and his vision. We are currently working on a half sleeve, which to me is a huge commitment. The large back piece we did years ago was huge and detailed, but still can easily be covered. For this more public piece, I knew Jeff and only Jeff could do this for me. I’ve included the back piece he did years back as well as the half-sleeve in its various stages. Also, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. And keep it. Jeff travels and tattoos all across the country. Also, this is not the guy to throw on a piece of flash. If you want true art on your skin, this is your man.

Getting tattooed by Jeff is an awesome experience. Not only does he do great work but his personality and attitude make the entire experience as enjoyable as possible. He's done a ton of my work and will be doing lots more in the future.

Jeff Hayes is an incredible artist and promotes a fun but professional atmosphere. His background in art gives me complete confidence to trust him with his work, and he’ll never attempt a tattoo that won’t work on your body. I can give him an idea and he’ll roll with it, putting his own unique touch on it and making it into something even better than I could have hoped for. I recommend him to anyone, whether they’re looking for their first tattoo, their 50th tattoo, or for a cover up.
