I recently had the pleasure of working with Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration for a roof repair project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured that I was satisfied with the results. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
I would like to thank Harel, his team, as well as Kim and Andrew for a job well done. I am very pleased with the quality of work that Ridgeview Roofing performed on the installation of the new roof. From the beginning, Harel the project manager, had a detailed presentation on the estimate which included pictures on the condition of the old roof, the shingle samples, metal edging samples and also answering all of my questions. In addition to the reroof, they did a great job installing the roof vents and matching the metal edging to the paint color on the house. I highly recommend using Ridgeview Roofing on your next roof. Had another issue, Aaron really came through, much appreciated, will strongly recommend to anyone needing repairs or a new roof. ?
I have called the representative that handled the re-roof, he won't return my calls. The sliding does not meet like it should over the pitch side of the roof over the garage, he said he would get it fixed, has not. I have tried calling and get no response. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
