Jorge was great. Diagnosed the problem right away and didn’t take advantage with unnecessary repairs . Highly recommend! Rick was prompt on his callbacks and offered great rates. Highly recommend you call them if you are in need of repairs.
I'm a retired general contractor for 35 years from Pa. I needed a new AC/ Heater for my home in Rio Rancho. I just moved here 5 months ago and I didn't know any plumber or AC/Heater contractors . So I asked around and their name up with very high recommendations. I also obtained 2 other bids to be safe. Their bid was so much more affordable. They did the job yesterday, 8/12/25. They arrived when they said they would. They did the job in one day that they said it would take. They cleaned the site after. I would and will use them for ANY further projects. I highly recommend them.
Excellent diagnosis and very fair prices. I tried them on recommendation from family and will definitely be using them full time. They are more interested in listening to you and resolving the problem than trying to sell you parts, service or a whole new system.
