We've used Reliant for several different things in the past from our business property to our personal home. Alan and his team offer phenomenal services, at competitive pricing! They are also 100% honest, fair and trustworthy! He could have up sold me and charged me thousands for a tank-less water heater, but he told me good honest advice, to stick with a regular water heater due to the complicated location of my water heater in my home. He said he'd do whatever I wanted but that the cost of doing the switch based on where it's at was too much for it to be worth it in his opinion. I was having one of the worst days EVER before they showed up! Woke up to a burst pipe...on a Friday. I called 3 other plumbing companies with no luck in availability for same day service before Reliant came to the rescue! The owner, technician and receptionist were all AMAZING!!! The technician was fast and made recommendations for repairs I will need in the near future. The cost of the repair he did complete was a blessing! No need to keep searching for another plumbing company! Call them today!

Five stars for Alan Peterson and Reliant Services! I got a Reliant Services card from a friend in case I might ever need their services. A year and a half ago on a very cold February Saturday morning one of our heating units went out. We had out of town company staying with us and a family funeral and reception to go to that day. We pulled out the card expecting no one would work around our schedule that day and if they did they would charge us a fortune. That was the first time we met Alan and we were beyond impressed (and my husband is very picky about this kind of stuff). Alan got back to us promptly, worked around our schedule, fixed our heater and charged a very reasonable price. A similar incident happened about 11 months later and we again called Reliant Services and had the same great experience! We also realized it was time to replace our heating units and went out for bids including one from Reliant Services. Alan's bid was substantially lower than his competitors and we had him replace our heaters. We have been totally happy with the heaters! We also decided it was time to replace our swamp coolers and just called Alan and had him replace them. I can't say enough good things about Alan and his company. It's reminds me of the way vendors used to be. He takes great pride in his work, follows up on his work and even calls you to make sure everything is working well and that you are happy with his work! Highly recommend that you check out this business!
