My experience with the firm is very similar to the previous reviewer. In my opinion, if you expect them to act in a professional and constructive manner you will be sorely disappointed.

After TWO LONG years of waiting and hidden fees, my tax filings and audit was finished. Upon the next year's filing, I received a letter on the date referenced that without the paperwork submitted to them on said date, my taxes would be filed late and I would be subject to late fees and penalties. That date was a month and one half before filing was due...If you would like to be treated as though YOU work for THEM as apposed to the other way around, please, by all means hire this CPA firm. Otherwise, if in fact you prefer that the firm you hire act in a professional manner and perform the work you pay them to do, find a different firm.

Looking for a CPA who is responsive, completes work in a timely manner, delivers what they claim they will do? Look elsewhere. I've waited 5 months for the completion of an audit despite multiple e-mails and phone calls requesting updates. I'd rate their work, but I never saw any. If I could give this firm zero stars, I would.
