RAYO EXPRESS INCOME TAX

Been going there for over 5 years now, not only myself but my family as well. Did my 2023 taxes in Feb 2023, April of 2025, and still nothing has been able to be resolved. I myself am still struggling with IRS because my taxes were done incorrectly there at Rayo Express…. They are not eager to help you resolve the issue, an apology is not enough when you have hours of phone calls, time spent with tax advocate sending and requesting forms.! If you are contemplating going to Rayo Express be careful you may not get your refund the same year…. the woman that was there today I mean I understand that you guys closed the office now you guy only open 2 days out of the week because tax season is over but the fact that they put people that are not willing to do their job there is ridiculous especially if you're only opening two days out of the week now I've been calling for 3 weeks to see about an itin number and all they told me was that they weren't there to call back either Monday or Friday depending which day I was calling so I ended up going and this freaking lady the one the same one to answer the phone was there and she doesn't like to do her job I had to remind her that it wasn't a favor it's not for free...read full review

As many other reviews, i went there in 2019, and the guy who helped me with my taxes was done in about 3-5 minutes, and obviously he did it wrong so i had to deal with IRS for years and ended up paying a lot. That guy acted like if he was in drugs or something, never again, plus they are much more expensive than other places.
