I’ve been going to Rain for my hair for years, and she’s hands down the best in Albuquerque. Her new salon has peaceful vibe, tucked away in the foothills, and the Japanese-inspired head spa experience is completely unique to the area. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed. I usually nod off while she’s coloring or cutting my hair! Rain is a true professional and a wonderful friend. She listens and takes her time. I always leave with a haircut and color that surpass my expectations. My experience at Rain Salon & Head Spa was incredible. The salon is lovely and my treatment was exceptional - more than I expected. The attention to detail and individualization is terrific. I was told that it would be OK if I fell asleep during the treatment, but I'm glad I didn't. I was happy I experienced every minute of the head, neck, arm, and shoulder massage, shampoos (plural), conditioner, steam, water rinses, aroma therapy, and warm eye mask. Everything was perfect and clean. I did 90 min head spa and it was amazing and relaxing….the best experience I have ever had! Finally I find a great curly hair stylist— rain!!! She is amazing , she took her time to give me the best cut that fit my face shape ! Highly recommend here !!!
