Raby Carpet & Tile Outlet is a business with a mixed reputation. Some customers have had positive experiences, such as receiving excellent service from knowledgeable staff, including Amy, the designer, and George, who helped with large area rug binding. The business has been praised for its team-oriented approach and kind, helpful staff, including Mr. Raby. However, others have had negative experiences, including poor customer service and lies from management. Specifically, one customer was left with a worsened situation after a cancelled installation, with no problem-solving offered by management. Despite its long history, the company's management has been criticized for being incompetent and uncaring.
