Having worked with PS Properties a couple times now, both times with Guy G, I can say they are really great. Guy really went the extra mile for us in not only finding the right house but also in negotiations. I recommend PS properties and will use them in the future if we purchase more properties.

Luckily I was smart enough to use the owner to sell my house. Jannette sold my home and was amazing at making sure that everything was set up perfectly for showings, and in making sure that our house was noticed by potential buyers. We had some old furniture that we needed to get rid of, so she lent us for staging but then our new home took longer than expected to build and luckily Because she owns PS Properties she was able to get us in a rental that we actually preferred to the house we sold until our new home was built.
