I've been here twice to diagnose computer problems. I do lots of gaming and i've started stepping my foot into computer building. I've ran into some issues and both times i've brought my computers into this store and got them fixed up for an awesome price. I got a call back the same day for one repair. i don't believe I'll ever step foot in another repair shop besides this one.

Tom is a great guy and professional tech who took time to explain my options to keep my 6 year old laptop running until I can purchase a newer one. He understood my budget and was super fast and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable, a true professional in the field, I needed a hard drive for a laptop but like most everyone these days I was on a tight budget. Tom was able to work with me on a used drive that got my laptop going again at the price I could afford. He made sure that I knew the associated risks if used SSDs and after I told him my use case gave me a great deal. Can't recommend him highly enough!
