Had an issue with my Samsung after a system upgrade. (Could no longer place it in airplane mode.) Sent a request asking about service. Was offered a solution to try and it worked! They could have had me bring the phone in and charged me. I wouldn't have known the difference. Awesome and honest! Will not hesitate to use them and recommend them in the future.

I’ve had the iPhone 12 Pro Max since it first dropped and not only did he fix the cracked screen quick he also replaced my camera - it was no longer focusing and I couldn’t take any photos with it. To top it off, he gifted me a tempered glass with my new screen! Great communication and prices!
