This is a great gym with good equipment.It would be nice to have more towels with which to clean equipment. It is gross having to touch the soaked towels and defeats the purpose of having them there when they are saturated.For all the current patrons, if you are not using a machine, move away from it. It's very inconsiderate to lounge on it with friends when others are waiting.

Its name and small size might give the impression that it's a hardcore bodybuilder/powerlifter gym. It isn't. After ten plus years away from any kind of fitness routine and putting on some unwanted weight, I didn't feel I was out of place at all. The gym is clean, friendly, quiet, reasonably priced, well equipped and not too crowded.

Absolutely love this gym for my fitness journey! Friendly attendants, always clean and accommodating and their merch is comfortable and reasonably priced. I feel comfortable at this gym and would recommend anyone to visit!
