Rafal was very easy to work with! I had two Dell laptops I needed his consultation on and he gave me honest opinions. I was able to get one fixed through him ( it was just battery cord input that had gone bad) and gave me an estimate and timeframe. All were exactly as he said . I would HIGHLY suggest getting your computers repaired by him. Very kind and straightforward!

Rafal did a wonderful job fixing my PC. He put in more effort than any previous technician, when he really didn't need to. As someone who is used to high end PCs I wouldn't trust any other tech in town. Great value, quick service, honest businessman.
