I am new to the Albuquerque area and had an emergent need with my Dell laptop. I contacted PC Experts and spoke with Vu. I delivered my computer to him late Thursday evening and explained that my profile had been taken over by another entity. Within 24 hours, Vu did a sweep for viruses, located my profile and had my computer ready for pick up as promised. I will definitely return and have complete trust in Vu.

Took my all in one computer to Vu. When I arrived (I just showed up I didn't call), Vu told me he normally does appointment only but offered to take a look at my computer since I was there. He's located inside the Pho restaurant now. He was quick. I was not expecting same day service! He wiped my computer because of a virus and reinstalled windows. It's now running like a champ. Great customer service, nice guy, great Pho too. Place your order when you pick up your computer. You won't regret it.
