Staff are also noted for their helpfulness, such as correcting prices and providing discounts. Customers are happy to continue buying their livestock and pet supplies there.
I have shopped at Pauls many times, with all being good experiences. During my most recent trip, Adriana, in the Albuquerque store, was a great salesperson! If she didn't know the answer to my questions (she was very knowledgeable about the cattle vaccines and DID know the answers for most questions), she called someone else in the company to get an answer for me. She corrected a posted price to give me a lower price for my wormer. Am happy to continue buying my livestock supplies there. Thank you, Adriana!
Really appreciate this business! They have just about everything a farmer or rancher needs and great staff! Went in the other day and their systems were down, didn't slow them down a bit. Paid cash, gave me a discount since they felt bad about not providing a receipt.
I love Paul’s! Everything there is reasonably priced, they have a great selection, new expansion with more saddle pads and roping stuff. Always can find a sale at Paul’s! Plus, I love visiting with Chrissy ?
