2 days calling for a mammogram for my wife. No answer on the phone calls. Finally, day 3, got the answer service. Now waiting nearly 30 minutes for a live person to schedule the appointment. Truly disgusting "service". How do they stay in business.
Anna and the 'Front' staff ARE Rock Stars!!! 'If' it wasn't for her and them, I can't imagine how this location could stay in business. 'They' ARE holding it together!!! Anna, like I said, IS such a wonderful person!!! Just remember, before you get upset, these folks are in NO way the problem, and in NO way deserve ANYTHING but absolute kindness!!! I moved from 1 star to 4 stars, although the Front Staff DESERVE 10+ stars!!!
