Long story short: Everyone I’ve met at this clinic are good people who want to help you get the care you need, and I know how difficult it is to find that in this area and many others. Wait times are as expected for urgent care, but never more than 1-1.5hrs in my experience. I highly recommend coming here for urgent medical needs!Long story long: The staff and providers at this location have always been caring and helpful, and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with them. Out of town and had to go to Urgent Care. It was a great experience. The staff were so accommodating and very nice. Did not have to wait long. Thank you New Mexico Urgent Care Eubank for your help!
I love the staff and personalized care I receive here. I bring my three year old and I feel really good about the staff. I tried Duke City once and I walked out. Not a good experience. I felt like a number at Duke city but here at New Mexico Urgent Care I feel heard and don't have a wait.
