The staff clearly explains the repair process and provides reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the ability to continue using their favorite items after repair. Despite some difficulty finding the location and parking, the business is highly recommended for its quality work and service.
When you want high quality, old school work, this is the guy. My fiance needed customizations to be able to wear his beloved Cowboy boots, a part of his identity he thought he had lost after needing half his foot amputated due to an accident. The owner did a phenomenal job making the necessary adjustments to accommodate his injury and orthotic device with an incredibly fast turnaround in time for our wedding!! Quality work isn't fast. But he still managed to meet our deadline with quality and professionalism that is giving my soon to be husband his identity back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I have used this service quite a few times but most recently I had a repair to a leather purse and a small repair to a fabric carry on bag. The work is excellent and the service is too. The gentleman always makes sure that you understand how the repair can be made and he is clear on when your item/s will be ready for pickup.I haven't compared prices to anyplace else but everything has seemed reasonable to me and it has been very worthwhile to be able to continue using the items that I already have and like.
This place is hard to find and parking is difficult. Initially, I felt like it was an imposition asking for service, but the proprietor seemed to warm up a bit later in the transaction. This place was highly recommended by our friends who've lived in the area for a long time.
