They did an awesome job installing our water softener and reverse osmosis 2 years ago. We missed our annual service last year, but thankfully we got them out this year before anything bad happened to our system, which they still had to do some extra work. They were very professional, proficient, and great at explaining everything we needed to know.
We recently had a new water softener installed by MicroPure. We knew our prior softener was not a good one that would eventually need to be replaced. It basically imploded causing gel from inside to clog faucets & washing machine. Mike knew exactly what the cause was as soon as he saw the clog.Mike is very professional and really knows the industry well. He recommends what is best based on the customer needs. We are very happy with the system and the service we received. He also followed up a couple weeks later to see if we had any questions.We highly recommend.
