Staff seemed friendly. Quick service. Decent pricing. That being said it's not in a great area. They really try to up sell you more expensive packages. The floor and chairs were dirty. A waiting bench is clearly broken, but they don't seemed worried about it. Paid for a deluxe but was done in 15 minutes. Meaning the massage, oil, hot rocks, hot towels and all were very fast. Not worth the money in my opinion.
I really liked my nails, they took their time and I had a good experience overall.
I believe the price is fair for the service you are getting.
I would recommend making an appointment as it tends to get pretty busy.
Treating myself today 💅✨ Snuck in a last-minute mani/pedi at Miami Nails (they close at 5 and I got there at 4:15 😅). The team was so sweet—they doubled up to get everything done without cutting corners. My nails and toes look amazing, but that hand/arm + foot/leg massage was everything 😍 I’m so thankful for them and feel super lucky they’re right by my house!
