MGP is an outstanding company and service provider. Emergency heating system response was both excellent and extraordinary. On time, professional, diligent in determining and fixing a complex heating system problem. I contacted MGP Mechanical after much research and a recommendation to repair a bathroom plumbing leak under the slab. They suggested I hire a professional leak locator which was helpful in minimizing the tear out of the floor and wall. From the first phone call to completion of the repair, MPG calmed my fears and took care of it like pros. Kevin is very knowledgeable, and his approach was minimally invasive. He was able to remove the vanity, cut out some drywall, open the concrete floor without using a jackhammer and preserved the vinyl flooring. We are new customers of MGP. We got a message about halfway through our two-hour estimated arrival window that our technician was delayed and then another message when he was on his way. We appreciate being kept in the loop.
Antonio arrived and was quite professional. He was there to tune-up our furnace and to discuss their annual service agreement (which we signed up for). He was efficient and thorough. The furnace was super-clean when he was finished. He changed our three ceiling filters as well. We look forward to working with MGP twice a year for the annual servicing of our air conditioner and our furnace.
