Asked for deep tissue massage. Was charged extra 15 for more pressure? With tip it ran nearly 140.00 which is expensive. Not up front about Xtra charge and just an average rub down. Won't return to pay 140 for average.

I’d give special thanks to Kiersten, for all her help today. I spent quite bit of time with her managing my elderly mom’s services. She was patient, kind, and professional. She sets a high bar for customer service and it is greatly appreciated.

I'm glad I canceled my membership at this location. The front desk proceeded to give me a lecture about canceling the same day because I'm sick and I didint leave a message I'll be reaching out to corporate.
