If you are calling a tow truck, you are probably having a bad day. Madrid Towing will make that bad day as good as it possibly can be. My van broke down in Albuquerque on a Saturday evening. I went through several roadside assistance programs to include AAA and no one was available to help. Early Sunday morning, I began calling around and made contact with Madrid who immediately said they would help. They sent out a tow truck that turned out to be too small for my vehicle. The owner showed up and between the owner and the tow truck operator, they were able to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. This was the only tow company who had a live person. The lady was very polite and while the drive back in the tow truck was bumpy the gentleman Tony was very nice and sociable. Thank you guys for being available and ready during late hours on a weekday??
