went to lovato because my insurance was accepted and i wanted a specific brand of glasses that they carry every one was super friendly and helpful found my perfect pair of versace glasses and when i received them they came out super nice and went with the hi index lenses that were recommended and they came out super thin and light i have a very strong RX and these came out great glad to know that they know their stuff and super friendly and professional not pushy and glad that they made the time to explain the benefits of the upgraded lenses now i definitely going to recommend them to anyone i know who wants high quality designer glasses and super high quality lenses
Our experience here is always good they always go above and beyond and the kids are comfortable. Other eye places we have been it's not a live person doing eye exam so we have gotten wrong prescriptions and bad experience we love Lovato eye care and Dr. Dotson I always recommend this place
