Our experience here is always good they always go above and beyond and the kids are comfortable. Other eye places we have been it's not a live person doing eye exam so we have gotten wrong prescriptions and bad experience we love Lovato eye care and Dr. Dotson I always recommend this place
Dr Lovato 's office is very well staffed and family oriented and welcoming its not a big change but it is a very nice place to have your eyes taken care of my grandma and mom started with his father down on Five Points on Bridge and lstela back in the days and I am one who goes to Dr's that I have been told about and I am glad that I went to Dr Lovato he did a great job on my eyes 👀 as of 2018 when I had surgery I am still doing well .
Dr. Dotson is extremely professional and always answers my questions about my eye health concerns in a way that is easy to understand. His assistant is pleasant and the front desk staff was very accommodating.
