Louie Sanchez: Allstate Insurance does exactly both!Lala helped through every step of the way! She was sooo nice and helpful! I feel very happy with my decision, I switched my insurance agency! By far, best customer service!

Mr.Sanchez from Allstate is very professional and was helpful to me. I have tried to find out some information on some business I had with Allstate (not involving his office) and have been given the run around for months. Ten minutes on the phone with this agent and he got me to who I needed to be in contact with. He did not have to help me but was very patient and kind. If you are looking for insurance call his office. He was awesome. I thank him dearly for his help. 5 plus stars for his help and commitment to his business.

Awesome experience. I got my policy online and got an amazing deal but when I needed a professional to speak to the agents where super nice and definitely felt they where trying to help me in a quick responsive manner. The agents where even willing to help me get a better deal. thank you for your authentic entrepreneurship and service.
