I needed to reorder a wood flooring I had purchased a year ago, due to the new management, my file was no longer available . I was told this product was not available and was in back order for probably 2 months.
A gentleman named Desmond asked me the details of my previous order and was able to find the same product I had purchased and was able to get the product to me in a timely manner. . I then needed to order some transition boards and again Desmond came to my rescue he took the time (never felt rushed or unimportant) to help me find the same color of my sample and the type of transition needed. Fabulous support. Daniel was knowledgeable and super helpful. Nice selection — broad range of wood and engineered flooring which allowed us to consider multiple scenarios for upgrading the entire home.
