My family was hauling a camper from Wisconsin to California for Christmas and as we were traveling through NM when our check engine light come on along with our diesel truck derated to only 55 mph. As we were approaching Albuquerque, I was calling dealerships and other service centers however no one could help us out until I called JSV. They told me that they would look at it right away even though we wouldn't be there until 4pm. Within a half hour they diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts, and started the repair. Once they got into the repair, they found that it was a bigger job then they had originally thought however they continued to work and with our permission tried replacing the electronic component of the EGR valve and it solved the issue. They stayed late to complete the process and make sure that we weren't throwing any more codes so we could complete our delivery on Christmas Eve. Highly Recommend!
