they got some stuff done for two senior citizens who have disabilities. this situation was becoming unmanageable for us and they took care of us on an emergence basis. we are so thankful for the prompt response and the compassionate way they presented the whole process!

I had this business resolve a ongoing problem a few companies only put band aids on. It was simple and brilliantly done too. I'm so grateful to have a competent contractor for future use now!! Thank you

UPDATE 2: Signature apparently bought JP Plumbery. They came and fixed the leak, a part broke in the new water heater. So they replaced at no charge. I only wish JP Plumbery had told customers of the change to Signature.
UPDATE: Brand new water heater JP Plumbery put in just started leaking heavily 3/28/25. Put in a call to them, and apparently they are Signature Heating and Cooling now...?
Our 12 year old water heater started acting up. JPP first fixed a minor leak, but a week after, it started failing. JPP installed a new water heater at around $2500. It was higher than I thought it would be, given that the ones at Lowes are $500-800.... read full review
