Journal Center-Optum-Drive Thru Testing

First time going to Optum at the Journal Center was a nightmare.
Entering the building from the Northwest side there's a desk. Only sign on the desk indicates where packages should go, not that it's an unmanned space. There's a contracted pharmacy and blood testing center (Quest) both not Optum businesses.
The only indication that patients are seen on the first floor is the word Check In by the elevators, no arrows or way to figure out where to go. Calling the front desk multiple times to figure out where to go never worked either as calls were not answered.

I have, on multiple occasions, tried to get through to a human being. I waited for a return call, just this morning, for 4 hours. I have had 4 different doctors since being a patient. They keep quitting...wonder why? If I was as slow at paying my bill as they are in returning calls, they would certainly not be happy. I find more of the people than not working for this place to he less than professional...they don't do their job very well.

The kids in the office should be at the window of McDonald's drive through, but I think they would mess up the order. I have liv d in Albuquerque for all my 74 years and never would have dreamed our healthcare could fall to such disgrace, uncaring and incompetence. We're in trouble America.
