I love going to Jcp Salon at Cottonwood. Lucy does my son’s hair and she does a great job. She’s always so happy and attentive, my son just loves her. Recently started doing my hair with Eloise and I am loving the results. Over all very satisfied with our services.

I didn't have an appointment but the sweetest thing happened. I had taken my mother, who is 90 and uses a walker, to the mall. She was having trouble walking. I decided to sit her down and go look for a wheelchair. A lovely woman named Doris Pereira, came to my rescue. She was a stylist at the salon. She happened to overhear me speaking to my mother. She offered to go and get a wheelchair from the salon for my mother to use. She was so kind and absolutely lovely. She made my mother's day so much better. We had the best day thanks to the kindness Doris showed us. Wonderful good people do exist and Doris is one of them! Thank you so much! ♥️
