I’ve never been to the eye doctor until this year when I noticed my vision wasn’t the same as it used to be, I was nervous for my appointment but the ladies in the front were very welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything well to someone who’s never had an eye exam. I definitely will be back and I recommend this location to all my family and friends.

I have been here two times before that were fine but this last visit was not so great - I was not told before I arrived that I was going to get my eyes dilated. If I had been, I would have chosen a different day/time. I tried refusing the dilation twice but they said I had to as part of their "comprehensive exams". I was not able to see for the rest of the day and did not have someone drive me there so I had to drive myself home.

I'm used to paying a contact fitting fee but this one was very expensive ($160). Plus I had to pay for them to ship my sample contacts they prescribed me to the office (they won't ship to my house), which I will have to go back and get...read full review

Okay, here is a very honest, take no sides review, since these reviews are all over the place.

A few reviews note the doctor is rushed, which was true in my case, but I mean, he is seeing a lot of patients, so I understand.

I was never pressured or up sold on anything.

We have been here 2 times before, now on 3rd year, and they have always been on the money with our prescriptions.

All of the staff treated us with respect overall.

Exam was thorough, equipment was cleaned between each patient, good stuff.

They accept our insurance and prices for frames are excellent.

Room to improve? Probably, but I mean I'm not gonna nitpick.
