Katrina is a wonderful massage therapist! She really helped me with some neck and low back/hip pain I was having. She is able to find all of my knots even without me saying anything. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
I have had some lower back issues for some time. I have had about 6 appointments with Innovative Massage Therapy. Katrina is very supportive and detailed in her treatment. She will listen to your therapeutic needs and most importantly listen to your body. I wish I could go experience her treatment just for relaxing, but my appointments are more based on need because of pain or soreness. I have been getting professional massages for over 15 years now and I must say that Katrina's massage is very innovative. I have never been massaged while lying on my side before it allowed her to put additional pressure on my IT bands and hips where it was needed . She uses her fingers to pinpoint problems and she uses just the right amount of pressure. I will be seeing her again and I highly recommend her.
