I have had some lower back issues for some time. I have had about 6 appointments with Innovative Massage Therapy. Katrina is very supportive and detailed in her treatment. She will listen to your therapeutic needs and most importantly listen to your body. I wish I could go experience her treatment just for relaxing, but my appointments are more based on need because of pain or soreness. Katrina is an amazing therapist. She is able to find the areas causing pain and discomfort and uses just the right pressure and techniques to relax the muscles and get rid of the pain.

I went to have a massage last week from Katrina. She has the best calming energy. I felt completely relaxed from tense muscle pain when I left her office. I plan on returning for more healing. I highly recommend treating yourself for a massage by Katrina. You won't regret it!
