Ema is great with our little Cavapoo Molly (who is not particularly keen on anyone brushing her, let alone a groom!) But Ema is so kind and patient with her and Molly always comes out looking and smelling lovely. She’s great for a good natter too!

Em is fantastic with my dog - she always gives him a warm welcome and reassures him, and he always gets a lovely wash and trim, coming home looking smart and smelling fantastic! Definitely recommend for dog grooming, nail cutting and general pet advice too! ??

I love that there are windows and sunlight for my pup to bathe in. My pup hadn’t met too many dogs before but she did amazing and they took great care of her that way I didn’t have to worry about her while i was at school. The front desk staff are so nice and were very kind to me asking a million questions! Amazing people!
