To the person complaining about a cancellation fee, you my friend may take a seat! As a matter of fact, take two seats! It is ridiculous to complain about a cancellation fee it is clearly documented everywhere you look. Should the ladies sit around and wait for you to find childcare? You knew you had an appointment why is it their fault? I am a regular customer there. I think all the girls are fantastic. The job that Dianna does on my eyelashes every two weeks makes this 58-year-old grandmother feel special when I walk out of there. The girls talk to their clients. This place is such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The ladies are so friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and provide amazing work with the top quality products. They do beautiful work on my eyelash extensions and shaping of my eyebrows. Always leave feeling refreshed after the beauty treatments.
