Needed to get my evaporative cooler turned on for the season, and used this company for the first time. Their Tech was knowledgeable, kind and communicated extremely well. I didn’t have to wait all day for a window of time for them to show up. The tech called me first thing in the morning and gave me a time, and I really appreciated that. Their prices are fair and I felt like they truly cared about the quality of service they provided. I will be using them when it comes time to shut my unit down for winter as well. Where do I begin? These guys came through clutch in a major way for our family. We needed them to disconnect and reconnect our minisplit branch box and lines in short order so that some a roofing crew could get TPO laid down, and they totally came through. Mario and Lilly came to my daughter's house and identified the main problem immediately, and were able to fix it the same day. It is now 68 degrees and perfect!! Lilly is in the CNM HVAC program training with Mario and has high aspirations! It is wonderful to see a company that is allowing students to get their hands on experience with the journeymen of their craft! I'm so happy to see a woman in this field of endeavor, and Lilly is absolutely going places!! I'm very pleased with their service, and will absolutely use this company in the future.
