Heritage Nails And Spa has a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. They offer quality services with clean and comfortable surroundings. Nail technicians are skilled and attentive, with some staff members going above and beyond to accommodate clients. Although they can get busy, appointments are recommended to minimize wait times. Overall, a great experience with good prices and a welcoming environment.
Every time I go for a mani they cut my cuticle so bad. Pedis are fine, which is why I gave 3 stars, but I don’t think I’ve ever walked out with a fresh mani without bloody cuticles. This last visit I’m preparing for an engagement and specifically asked them to be super careful so I don’t have a cut in photos. Guess which finger was the first one bleeding.. my ring finger. I’ll have to start going somewhere else for a mani because multiple techs have cut me here even when I warn them my skin is thin. Sometimes on multiple fingers. Kind of defeats the purpose of having nice looking nails in your cuticles have red scabs.
We’ve been coming here for the last 5+ years. They are always incredibly friendly and create such a warm atmosphere. Sometimes they get busy so always suggest making an appt beforehand. We will continue to stay loyal to them. 10/10
They always are able to schedule me close or exactly the appointment time and date. They have a clean and comfortable atmosphere. And my nails are always on point! I get what I want each time and it’s with quality products so my nails are never lifting or easily damaged. Hai and William are my go to techs! ??
