We’ve been coming here for the last 5+ years. They are always incredibly friendly and create such a warm atmosphere. Sometimes they get busy so always suggest making an appt beforehand. We will continue to stay loyal to them. 10/10

They always are able to schedule me close or exactly the appointment time and date. They have a clean and comfortable atmosphere. And my nails are always on point! I get what I want each time and it’s with quality products so my nails are never lifting or easily damaged. Hai and William are my go to techs! ??

I used to come to this place ALL the time and recommended it highly to many people. However, lately I've been highly disappointed in their service. I've gone in before, they told me it would be a 10min wait and to have a seat while choosing a color. After about 15 mins a worker came up to me and asked if I could come back tomorrow that they did not have time for my services today. This most recent time, I called and made an appointment, showed up and was taken back right away. My nail tech, rushed my new set, made comments on why i wanted my nails as short as I did and continued to file my nails very, very unevenly. She also cut me with her drill multiple times, and would just say "oh" every time it happened. While in the chair, another customer was getting a pedicure, and while trying to relax, her nail tech was on a phone call on her personal cellphone, chatting and laughing through the customers WHOLE service. I proceeded to see this other customer get taken back for her manicure service, while her tech was still on her phone, making phone calls, pausing multiple times to get up and do little errands around the salon. My personal nail tech, was super messy. She dropped the nail brush, picked it up and continued to use it without cleaning it properly. She would get acrylic on my fingers and just get the brush wet and go over my finger to attempt to clean it off. While waiting, a phone call came into the salon, a tech answered and stated they could not take anymore customers for the day, as they were all "busy", the call was put on speaker for everyone to hear. The client in the phone asked if even one person would be available in 30 mins as it was 1.5hrs before closing time, and they again told her "no, everyone is busy". The client on the phone asked about possible appointments for the next day, and the tech continued to tell her "everyone is busy, sorry". So saddened to leave a review as such, but this place has gone downhill!
