“Alyssa (beauty.with.lyss) gave me a haircut and did such a wonderful job, I wish I had pictures to include. I had a very blunt heavy looking cut when I went in (I cut it myself). She kept my length but gave me layers and dimension. The styling afterwards really surprised me because my hair texture is extremely hard to blowout in one go. But she managed it! I’m very happy with the outcome. I will definitely try to come back to see her again!“

I was told that it would be OK if I fell asleep during the treatment, but I'm glad I didn't. I was happy I experienced every minute of the head, neck, arm, and shoulder massage, shampoos (plural), conditioner, steam, water rinses, aroma therapy, and warm eye mask. Each detail is perfectly designed to help you relax and enjoy. My hair felt and smelled great - thanks to Aveda products. If I could, I would do this weekly. Now its no hate on the nail tech as far as personality. I tipped because I still wanted to be polite and she was still very sweet, but paying almost 90(with tip) just wasnt worth it. I had to even ask her to fix the nails because they were bulky on one side of the nail and i had to ask her to clean under my nails because there was dried acrylicand glue which i still have some stuck to my thumb and nail and its a bit painful to separate. There's almost no apex to the nail so im afraid if I hit my finger in a certain way there goes my whole nail. The nails itself are bumpy and some have bubbles. I do love the color and chrome she used I wanted more but decided to go with very basic because I wasnt satisfied with how my nails were turning out. My cuticles weren't even clipped or managed and I still have a bunch of dead skin I had to maintenance myself. I did see the other techs and they looked amazing with their work I may go back with one of them but that was my first time there and it left a bad experience for me. All I recommend is to ask for their experience going forward. Again the girl was absolutely sweet and she did deserve the tip due to personality but the price itself was not worth what I paid. I hope she continues to grow and succeed though because she does have the personality for customer service.“
