My hair was given a great gift…curls. I was given great advise to my very first perm. She took my hair to another level. Perms are making a comeback and I’m happy to bring it back. Best Perm EVER hands down. I went to Devina about 1 week ago and didn't want to post a comment till after I was able to let the perm settle. It's settled and absolutely gorgeous with no breakage.
