I’m relatively new with Greenway, but I’ve never had a problem. More importantly, when I’ve asked them to address specific issues in between scheduled service, the company has always complied, no questions asked. The tech always let me know when he arrives, asks if I have any specific issues I want addressed, and checks back with me before he leaves to tell me what he has done and to make sure he covered everything I wanted. I’ve had excellent service so far, and have no concerns that such attention to detail will cease.
Phone customer service is horrible, they're rude (victor, specifically). The account is under both me and my husband and have never had an issue with anyone speaking to me, but Victor refused to speak with em regarding THIER tech cancelling (for the 2nd time) because he said it had to be my husband he spoke with. So, since he couldn't speak with me, I hung up to save myself more wasted time and to call my husband to have him call back. 5 minutes later, my husband gets this text from Victor: "After being rudely hung up on I just want to inform you that we have gotten you scheduled for this Wednesday the 5th between 3-5 PM" the techs are constantly cancelling appts or if they do show up they don't even do a good job or do a full perimeter
