I hired Footprints to take care of my mom after first meeting with Stephanie. Mom, my sister and I all agreed that we liked Stephanie and how she made us feel very comfortable with how they would support mom. We arranged to have them be with my mom 7pm - 7am. Each of the ladies showed up on time, spent time getting to know mom. Promised they would take care of her. She had 3 different women over the next two weeks. Each of them did a great job tending to her needs which included bathroom duties, diaper changing, bathing, transfer to and from her wheelchair and recliner. I had a great experience working with footprints when I needed help with my Mom. She said they were always very kind and, even after we didn’t need full time assistance they would stop and just check on her.

FootPrints Home Care supplied comfort care workers for my Dad during home hospice. They were extremely knowledgeable from a medical standpoint and very compassionate. I sat with each of the workers at different times as they tended to my father. I was very comfortable with them and had no concerns as they cared for my Dad, including giving him medications, helping to eat and drink, changing briefs, positioning in the bed, personal hygiene-- all done with comfort and compassion in mind.
