After he did his thing he showed me a few things that could have further maintenance or be replaced. The company has created some money-saving bundles for common maintenance needs that are also very helpful. He was not pushy about agreeing to those fixes immediately and was happy for me to discuss them with my husband before deciding. This was a great experience overall.
