Salvador and Kayla were both wonderful in helping our teenager with his visit. I admired that they directed questions toward our teen rather than asking us about certain concerns. Dr. Hickox was amazing as well, he answered all questions needed and gave options for treatment regarding a certain concern; offered us the option to call back after we look into medications suggested. Front desk staff could have been a little more courteous, but their new system could be a factor in their frustrations. Overall, we were pleased with the treatment toward our teen.

Just want to say thank you, my kids have been using this clinic for a long time now. My son had an appointment today, got seen by Dr. Cromer and tech Gabrielle. They both make an excellent team, made my son feel comfortable and helped him get through everything needed to get his new glasses set up.
Gabrielle was amazing! Super helpful and insightful when answering questions. She explained different components of the eye exam to my son since he was nervous. It was our first time coming to this office and Will definitely be back!
