I love my F45 experience. It is a wonderful daily, the coaches are professional, respectful, helpful, and kind. My fitness family is encouraging and supportive. Anyone even thinking of trying it should give it a try. The 5 am class is the best!
Hands down one of the best gyms I've been able to be apart of. The staff are the best. They are encouraging, respectful and very professional. They know all of their member by name and they know how to motivate. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, come try them out!
Always a good time at F45! The coaches are wonderful and connect with me every class no matter how busy it is. The workouts are fun and functional, I’m never bored with the exercises and it’s honestly the fastest 45 minutes of my day!
