Today I pick-up two pairs of sun glasses, pre-order. $230.00. I bought readers three months ago, $300. Today the clerk gave me one cleaning cloth and I asked please for my second pair. Her comment to me was that it was store policy one cloth per customer. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER POLICY SERVICE. Next year I will take my business to a different ophthalmologist and company. You just lost me today, forever.

I had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and even with a large number of people arriving alongside us, they got to us in a very timely manner. The staff were very helpful in regards to helping us with any questions and concerns we had. The manager on site, Cassandra, specifically went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend if you need any glasses or services!
