She listens to what you want, but also guides you through the process and offers advice to give you a perfect beautiful set for your specific natural lash type and length. She maintains a very clean environment and uses hand sanitizer throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting eyelash extensions or anyone of her other services!
