Rudy was punctual and immediately got to work. Rudy gave us his insights and recommendations as he thoroughly went through the house. Rudy also let us know what to expect and who else would show up during our inspection from the Duke City Staff. Rudy was knowledgeable as to what the house would have for the year it was built and gave us the summary report before the end of the inspection. He also made sure to email a copy within the same day which we appreciated. Rudy was professional, efficient and helpful. We are so thankful Rudy did such a thorough job. Duke City was recommended by our awesome Real Estate Agent Brett Paas.
