I worked with Dr D. about two years ago. Everything went great leading up to the appointment: closed loop communication, travel directions, expectations, scheduling the appointment, etc. The appointment itself was highly effective and professional, with a detailed intake, exam/assessment, and then a plan for future appointments/to-do’s.

However, after the appointment, Dr D completely fell off the map… I tried communicating via email, text, cell phone, & left voice messages. I never heard back from him. Fortunately, I only paid cash for the first visit, but my intentions were to continue a treatment plan as I consider myself to be a highly skilled wilderness...read full review
